What is your order cut-off for next-day delivery?
Midnight. Order by midnight and next-day delivery is available within the eligible delivery postcodes listed below. Most Sydney wholesale packaging suppliers close their cut-off in the early afternoon, so a shortage you find after evening service is a next-day delivery with us, not a two-day wait.
Is there a minimum order?
Order in the pack or carton quantities shown on each product page. Our free-delivery thresholds are based on your product subtotal excluding GST: $200 for eligible Sydney Metro Near postcodes and $300 for eligible Sydney Metro Far postcodes. These are free-delivery thresholds, not minimum order values. Below the relevant threshold, the applicable delivery fee is charged. See the postcode lists and delivery charges below.
Do you charge for delivery?
Free delivery applies when your product subtotal excluding GST reaches $200 for the NSW postcodes listed under our Sydney Metro Near zone below. It does not apply across all of Sydney. For our Sydney Metro Far zone, your product subtotal excluding GST must reach $300. GST and delivery charges do not count towards either free-delivery threshold. Below the relevant threshold, standard delivery is $15 excluding GST for the Near zone or $25 excluding GST for the Far zone. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the available options and final total. For postcodes outside these lists, contact us to confirm availability and a delivery quote before ordering.
Sydney Metro Near — free delivery on $200 in products excluding GST
Eligible NSW postcodes: 2000–2004, 2006–2050, 2130–2138, 2140–2141, 2190–2200, 2203–2211, 2213–2214, 2216–2228.
Sydney Metro Far — free delivery on $300 in products excluding GST
Eligible NSW postcodes: 2060–2077, 2100–2108, 2110–2122, 2125–2129, 2142–2148, 2150–2155, 2160–2168, 2170–2173, 2176–2178, 2212.
Can I pick up from your warehouse?
Yes. Collect from Unit 3, 10 Garema Cct, Kingsgrove NSW 2208 during trading hours. Stock is kept on site, so if you are short on a weekday you can drive over and collect the same day.
What are your trading hours?
Monday to Thursday 9:00am–4:30pm, Friday 9:00am–4:00pm. Closed Saturday and Sunday. Online and WhatsApp orders are accepted until midnight for next-day delivery.
How do I get a price?
Browse our online shop for current product prices and pack quantities. Product prices are shown excluding GST; GST and any delivery charge are shown at checkout. Add the quantities you need to your cart, then choose delivery or pickup at checkout. For custom printing or a tailored bulk quote, contact us with your product list and suburb. Shop online or contact our team.
Do you do custom-printed packaging?
Yes — cups, bags, boxes and containers with your logo. Every job is quoted case by case, because run size, print method and number of colours all change the answer. Send a logo or a photo of what you have in mind.
Who do you supply?
Thai restaurants and cafés across Sydney are most of our customers, alongside bakeries and takeaway kitchens. We stock the container, lid, bag and cup sizes these kitchens get through in volume.
What happens if something arrives damaged or short?
Send a photo on WhatsApp to 0456 127 632. You talk to the team that packed your order, not a ticket queue, and we arrange the fix with you directly.
